Four simple steps to cluster membership

Eligibility check
First, answer the questions below. If your answer is yes, proceed to the next step.
- Are you a company, research institution or supporting body operating in the medical devices, tools or equipment industry?
- Do you provide services that support the medical industry?

Submit the declaration
Download the membership declaration, fill it in, print two copies and have it signed by an authorised person. Send it to the address below. Signing implies acceptance of the Cluster Regulations and an annual membership fee.

Fill in the online profile
Alongside sending the declaration, complete your institution profile in the form below. The Cluster Coordinator (with the Cluster Council if needed) decides on admission.

Admission confirmation
The declaration countersigned by the Cluster Coordinator confirms your admission. Within 30 days of joining, the Coordinator issues an invoice for the membership fee and sends it to your address.
